ZRPP-01 Series rotary OPP hot melt glue roll-fed labeler with glue roller is manufactured by ZhongDe by using technology transferred from Carmichael (Scotland) Ltd. The machine has possessed worldwide patent technology of Razorcut.(roll-fed labeling machine with inner cutter drum) Adopting world modern spray technology (Nordson of America) the controllable glue nozzel accurately and directly spraies hot melt glue to the leading and trailing adge of label via glue roller and then finish labelling. The advance system of transporting and controlling make applying label be more flat and precision. The labeler also has many advantage such as, reliable running roller, accurate sticking label, perfect glue pattern and low glue consumption.
